Transportation
Getting around Tempe is easy. Most hotels are within walking distance. Other alternatives include the FLASH (Free Local Area Shuttle) and Valley Metro (city bus). For specific instructions for walking or busing from your hotel to the conference site, click here. For other bus routes and scheduling, please visit: http://tripplan.phoenix.gov/.
FLASH is a great way to get around at ASU. FLASH Back (counter-clockwise direction) and FLASH Forward (clockwise direction) and FLASH to University Drive offer a convenient transportation alternative to get you where you need to go at ASU and Downtown Tempe. FLASH service is approximately every 10 minutes Monday - Friday. As the name implies, FLASH service is free.
The Valley Metro is a great way to get to and from the airport. While most hotels have complimentary shuttle services, participants also have the option of taking a Valley Metro Shuttle or riding the Red Line. For more information, visit Valley Metro's Sky Harbor Airport information page.
