Fees and Deadlines

Registration for AASHE 2006 has been kept as low as possible. The registration fee covers all the following: all sessions, keynotes, and plenaries; Wednesday reception; Thursday dinner; continental breakfasts and coffee breaks Thursday and Friday; and participation in the expo. In addition, all participants will receive a free book on renewable energy.

Teams ($300 discount)
AASHE encourages cross-sector campus teams to attend the conference. Eligible teams will receive a $300 discount on their total registration fee. Requirements: Teams must consist of four or more individuals from two or more sectors of a single campus - academics, operations, facilities, or administration. Students are not eligible. Who is an AASHE Member
If your campus, business or organization is a member of AASHE, you are covered under that membership. To check to see if your institution is a member, visit AASHE’s members page.

Refund Policy
Refunds, minus a $25 processing fee, will be granted to requests received in writing by September 15, 2006. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests must be in writing via fax, email or mail. Refunds will be made by check and processed in 4-6 weeks. Substitutions are welcome if you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place. Please advise AASHE staff as soon as possible.

How to Register

Please fill out our registration form (MS Word), and fax or mail it with your payment. The registration deadline is Monday, Sept. 18 (midnight PST). We cannot accept registrations after this date due to the need to plan food for the dinner. There will be no on-site registration.
