Tickets to Lester Brown's Keynote Address

Individual tickets are available to hear Lester Brown's keynote address on the evening of Sunday, November 9th.  Admittance to Brown's address is included in the registration fee for AASHE2008, however, if you would like to bring guests on Sunday night, or will not be attending the conference that begins on Monday, you may purchase individual tickets for the event for $20 per ticket.

Tickets for the Brown's keynote address are being sold in advance through the online registration system for AASHE2008.  Below are instructions for purchasing the tickets depending on your situation:

If you have already created a registration and would like to add the purchase of individual keynote tickets to your registration...

1. Log back into your registration record by clicking the "Already Registered?" link on the first page of the online registration portal.
2. Enter your e-mail address and password when prompted.  (If you have forgotten the password you created when you registered, you can have a new one sent tor your e-mail address by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the login fields.)  After you login, you will be taken to your registration record.
3. Click on the "Event Selection" link next to your name in the Registrant List.  It will take you to the "Event Selection" page of the registration process.
4. Hit the "Continue to next step" button at the bottom of the page in order to get to the "Merchandise" page.
5. Enter the number of tickets you would like for Lester Brown's keynote address into the "Quantity" field and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
6. After verifying your payment information, click the "Update my registration" button at the bottom of the page.  You are done!  You should receive an update confirmation by e-mail. 
7. Your individual tickets can be picked up at check-in on Sunday.
   

If you have not yet created a registration and would like to purchase advance tickets for Lester Brown's keynote...

1. Create a registration in the online registration portal.
2. Complete all the required fields on the "Personal Information" page.
3. If you are only purchasing individual tickets for Lester Brown's keynote address, you may skip past the "Event Selection" page by clicking on the "Continue to next step" button at the bottom of the page.  Otherwise, pause on the "Event Selection" page in order to sign-up for the conference, expo, pre-conference workshop and other events. 
4. The next page is the "Merchandise" page.  Enter the number of tickets you would like for Lester Brown's keynote address into the "Quantity" field and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
5. Enter your payment information and click "Finish my registration."
6. You should receive a confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter.
7. On Sunday, November 9th, come pick up your tickets at the check-in desk.
